This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for grocery, packed, restaurant, and bakery orders placed through our platform.
1. Overview
Suplaykart operates as a multi-category delivery platform based in Nagore, Tamil Nadu, offering:

Grocery and packed products, and

Restaurant and bakery food delivery.
Each category follows a specific return and refund rule, ensuring hygiene, safety, and fairness to all customers.
2. Grocery & Packed Products
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The delivered item is incorrect, or
-
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Photo or short video proof of the issue may be requested for verification.
Once verified, the customer can choose either:

A replacement of the same product, or
-
A refund through online transfer (GPay/UPI) or COD return.
Refunds are never issued as store credit or wallet balance.
3. Restaurant & Bakery Orders
Suplaykart acts solely as an ordering and delivery facilitator connecting customers with independent restaurants and bakeries.
All food and bakery items listed on Suplaykart are prepared, packaged, and fulfilled directly by those third-party partners.
Suplaykart:

Does not own, prepare, or manufacture any food or bakery items.

Is not responsible or liable for:

Food quality, taste, or presentation

Hygiene or freshness
-
Wrong or incomplete preparation

Ingredient usage or allergen-related issues

All food-related complaints should be directed to the respective restaurant or bakery.
Suplaykart’s role is limited to platform and delivery coordination only.
Refunds for restaurant or bakery orders will be considered only if:

The restaurant fails to prepare the order, or
-
The order could not be delivered due to operational or logistical issues.
Once food is prepared or dispatched, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are possible.
In special cases, Suplaykart may process a partial or full refund at its sole discretion after verification.
4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via online transfer (UPI/GPay) or COD return within 5–7 working days.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Suplaykart is not responsible for delays caused by external payment gateways, network issues, or customer error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used grocery items

Frozen or temperature-sensitive goods

Restaurant-cooked food and bakery items
-
Personal care and hygiene products

Items sold under promotional clearance
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or preparation.

Once packed, cooked, or out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

If Suplaykart cancels an order due to unavailability or other business reasons, a full refund will be issued via the same payment method used.
7. Verification and Misuse Prevention
Suplaykart reserves full rights to reject refund or return requests if:

The claim is false, exaggerated, or unverifiable.

The product has been tampered with after delivery.

Multiple refund claims are made without valid cause.
All refund and return decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Suplaykart’s management.
