By accessing or using our website, mobile services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Overview

Suplaykart is an online delivery platform based in Nagore, Tamil Nadu, providing convenient delivery of:

Groceries and packed consumer goods, and
Restaurant and bakery food items.

Suplaykart operates as a delivery and ordering facilitator, connecting customers with verified local vendors, restaurants, and bakeries.

2. Eligibility

By using Suplaykart, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while ordering or registering.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on Suplaykart:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities performed under your account will be treated as your own actions.
Suplaykart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to misuse the platform or violate any policy.

4. Product and Service Scope

Suplaykart lists products and food items from:

Local suppliers and stores (for FMCG and groceries), and
Independent restaurants and bakeries (for prepared foods).

Suplaykart is not the manufacturer, producer, or owner of any listed items.
Product images shown are for illustration only; actual items may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed on Suplaykart are subject to confirmation and availability.
Suplaykart may cancel an order fully or partially if an item becomes unavailable or if incorrect information was displayed.
Once accepted and prepared/dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Suplaykart reserves the right to reject any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or operational issues.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Suplaykart accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI on Delivery payments.
For certain high-value orders, advance payment may be required.
Suplaykart does not store payment details. All UPI transactions are processed manually between customers and authorized personnel.

In case of a billing error, Suplaykart reserves the right to correct the amount and notify the customer.

7. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are currently available within Nagore and limited surrounding areas.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, restaurant preparation time, and route conditions.
Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery location to receive the order.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or vendor issues will not make Suplaykart liable for compensation.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all such requests.
In summary:

Packed grocery items can be returned if wrong or damaged.
Restaurant and bakery orders cannot be returned or cancelled once prepared.
Refunds are issued only through online transfer (UPI/GPay) or COD return within 5–7 working days after verification.

9. Restaurant & Bakery Disclaimer

Suplaykart acts only as a platform and delivery facilitator.
Food and bakery items are prepared and owned by separate restaurants or bakeries, which are independent entities.

Therefore, Suplaykart shall not be held responsible for:

Food quality, taste, quantity, or hygiene,
Ingredients, allergens, or preparation issues, or
Any health consequences arising from the consumption of such items.

All restaurant partners are responsible for maintaining hygiene and food standards as per applicable regulations.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By using Suplaykart, customers agree to:

Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
Make payment promptly as per the chosen method.
Accept the delivered order in a timely manner.
Not misuse the Suplaykart platform for fraudulent or harmful activities.

Any misuse may lead to permanent suspension or legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Suplaykart — including the name, logo, design, and text — is owned by Suplaykart and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the website without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Suplaykart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, delivery delays, or third-party partner actions.
Suplaykart’s total liability, if any, shall be limited only to the value of the order in question.

13. Suspension or Termination

Suplaykart may suspend or terminate user access if any:

Violation of these Terms occurs, or
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Termination will not limit Suplaykart’s right to recover damages or enforce legal remedies.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion, failing which they will be subject to courts in Nagapattinam District, Tamil Nadu.

15. Changes to Terms

Suplaykart may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
