1. Introduction 
   Welcome to Suplaykart. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined here.
2. User Accounts 
   You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on your account. All activities under your account are your responsibility, including securing your login credentials.
3. Payment Terms
   At launch, Suplaykart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment option. Online payments will be introduced in the future, and all payments must be made at the time of delivery.
4. Order Limitations 
   Free delivery will be available only for orders of Rs. 50 or more. For orders below Rs. 50 (e.g., Rs. 15), a delivery fee of Rs. 20 will be charged. This fee may change in the future.
5. Delivery Terms
   Suplaykart delivers across all areas in Nagore, with restrictions on certain locations outside the town. Our goal is to deliver within 10 minutes, but actual delivery times may vary based on product availability and external factors.
6. Promotions & Discounts 
   Promotions and discounts will be offered at Suplaykart’s discretion. These will only be provided when we can maintain product quality, minimum profit, and stock management.
7. Cancellations
   Customers can cancel their order within 5 minutes of placing it via WhatsApp without incurring any costs. After the 5-minute window, the delivery charge will apply. Suplaykart reserves the right to permanently delete the accounts of customers who repeatedly cancel orders after this period.
8. Customer Service 
   Our customer service team is available during operational hours. While we strive to respond outside these hours, this is not guaranteed.
9. Liability & Warranty 
   Suplaykart is not liable for any damages that occur post-delivery. All products undergo quality checks before being dispatched.
10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagapattinam.
11. Changes to T&C 
    Suplaykart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
