At Suplaykart, we pride ourselves on delivering your essentials within 10 minutes. Here’s how we make it happen:

  1. Delivery Coverage

    • Available across all areas of Nagore.
    • Delivery to locations outside Nagore is restricted to specific areas.

  2. Delivery Time

    • Our goal is to deliver your order within 10 minutes. However, delivery times may vary depending on:
      • Traffic conditions
      • Product availability
      • Weather conditions

  3. Delivery Charges

    • Free Delivery: On orders above ₹50.
    • Orders below ₹50: A delivery charge of ₹20 applies.

  4. Important Notes

    • We strive for prompt service, but unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
    • In such cases, our team will notify you immediately.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

  1. Eligible Products

    • Returns are accepted for packed items only under the following conditions:
      • Incorrect product delivered
      • Damaged or defective product (proof required).

  2. Return Window

    • Returns must be informed within 30 minutes of receiving the product. Returns requested beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

    • Once approved, our delivery personnel will pick up the product.
    • Suplaykart will cover the cost of return shipping for valid returns.

  5. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of return approval.
    • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
    • Refunds will only be processed through GPay, Online Transfer, or COD (no store credits).

Cancellation Policy

  1. Free Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.

  2. After 5 Minutes

    • A ₹20 delivery charge will apply for cancellations after this time.

  3. Repeat Cancellations

    • Customers repeatedly canceling orders may have their accounts permanently deactivated.
